Mobile App Path
In the mobile app, add: Profile / Settings → Delete Account Request. The API endpoint is POST /api/v1/account/delete-request for authenticated users.
What May Be Deleted
Account profile data, service access records, Pulse settings, notifications, signals/trades related to the account, and associated service data may be deleted where legally and operationally possible.
Retention
Some records may be retained where required for security, legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, compliance or dispute-resolution reasons.
