Information We Collect
ABS/Pulse may collect account details such as name, email address, phone number, country, login activity, service access records, plan usage, scanner usage, notification preferences and support/deletion requests.
Pulse Trading Data
Pulse may process selected trading pairs, confidence settings, strategy preferences, generated signals, open/close trade activity, and Binance connection status selected by the user.
Binance API Keys
If a user connects Binance, API key and secret values are stored encrypted where supported by the Laravel encryption key. Users should use restricted API permissions, testnet first, and never share credentials.
App Info and Performance
For mobile app operation, ABS/Pulse may process app information and performance data including crash logs, diagnostics, device/app performance data and API logs to improve reliability and security.
How Data Is Used
Data is used to provide account access, operate Pulse features, manage plans and strategies, send alerts, improve security, investigate errors, and support user requests.
Account and Data Deletion
Users can request deletion from the mobile app or the public Delete Account page. Some records may be retained where required for security, legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or compliance reasons.
